3D Filament PETG Filament Butikk
The 3D PETG filament, also called T-Glass (Tough Glass), is a filament with many interesting characteristics, particularly in terms of translucency and resistance.
It is made from PETG material (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycolized), which is a derivative of PET used notably in the manufacture of water bottles, dish soap containers, etc.
It has very good optical properties and the odor is neutral, making it easy to use for 3D printing.
From an ecological point of view, its impact on the environment is reduced because it is 100% recyclable, just like PET.
PETG complies with ROHS and REACH environmental standards: European Regulation EU No. 453/2010 – Annex II (Registration, evaluation, and authorization of chemical substances + restrictions applicable to these substances); European Regulation EU No. 1907/2006 (Regulations/legislation specific to the substance or mixture regarding safety, health, and the environment).
PETG filaments are also available in 8kg large format spools.
Recommended printing parameters:
• temperature from 220°C to 250°C (recommendation at 245°C);
• heated bed required 60/80°C;
• recommended printing speed 30-50mm/s;
• glass transition temperature 80°C;
• specific density >1.29g/cm³;
• 75/100% fan cooling for a better aesthetic result and minimum cooling for better mechanical performance.
